Pasea Hotel Wedding // Huntington Beach, CA // Hunter & Mia

“What were the best memories from your wedding day that’ll stick with you forever?”

Mia: “Some of my favorite memories of my wedding are the ones that weren’t perfect. Like one of our flower girls running down the aisle before it was her turn. My wedding dress getting wet in the ocean and sand all over it (we got it off before the reception). Even not having hot water To take a shower in The morning of our wedding. They seem like they could be mood killers especially for a special day like a wedding. However none of them were. We shook off everything not having hot water in my shower didn’t really matter. The flower girl running down the aisle was hilarious. And when my wedding dress got sand in it everyone race to my side and helped me like the good friends and family they are. Nothing could ruin that day. And so much could of. Especially with Covid and nothing was certain. Hunter and I have the most perfect day together when I first saw him while I was walking down the aisle I was so happy nothing could ruin my joy. Everything was perfect even the imperfections. My favorite part of our whole wedding though was the kiss that sealed it all. We promised to spend our life together and there was no better feeling in the world. Through all the uncertainty WE were the one thing that was certain.”

Hunter: “Having a wedding in the middle of COVID could have been a stressful event, but In my opinion that was the opposite for us! The venue, the weather, the flowers, and most importantly the people that traveled to support us will always have me thinking back and smiling.”
