I am based out of the West Suburbs of Chicago, IL

I started part time 2017 & went full time in 2019 & have been full time ever since!

At this point, I have photographed over 100 weddings & elopements.

My dad always had a camera growing up, so I have so many videos and photos of random little things, like me watering the plants, doing an art project as a little kid, or running around with my cousins & friends during the summer. In high school & college, I took a few photography classes & I would arrive early & leave late from those classes as much as I could because I loved editing the photos & brainstorming ideas.

I didn’t do much with it until a friend on Facebook posted that she needed a wedding photographer & encouraged by my boyfriend (now husband), I took a chance, sent over a random collection of photos & she said yes! I learned everything I could about shooting a wedding before her wedding rolled around, but after the wedding, the rest became history as I decided this was my favorite thing, & that this was my forever career.

Yes! I don’t like to be too pushy in offering my help or advice, but if you have any questions, I let all my couples know that I am here for YOU. I want to be as helpful as you want me to be, and if that means sending over some wedding dress suggestions that will best fit your wedding vision, or helping you decide your wedding colors, or even helping you pick a venue that best reflects what you are looking for, I am more than happy to help!

I have two Nikons, D750 & D850, and mostly use my Nikon 35 1.4 and my Nikon 85 1.4 lens.

Once your session/wedding/etc is over, I go through the images, select which ones I will be using, and make sure to back them up via a physical hard drive, an online backup & I don’t delete the photos off the sd cards until I’m done editing them.

I made the decision early on in my business to not give away RAW images, and this is because my editing is a huge part of who I am as a photographer. I want your photos to look as beautiful as they can, and given them the proper attention they deserve!

I generally touch up items that may not be there normally, like a cut or a bruise. Aside from those little touch ups, I believe in representing you in the natural & unique & beautiful way that you already are.

Yes I do! Prints can be ordered after receiving your photos via an online gallery, there will be an option there to purchase prints from a quality photography lab.

For albums, these are created by request and are an add on for all sessions & weddings.

Weddings & Elopements take about 4-7 weeks after the wedding date to be fully edited & sent via an online gallery.

Sessions are typically 2-3 weeks, and are also sent via an online gallery.

WEDDINGS/ELOPEMENTS: For a full 8 hour wedding, I estimate at least a minimum of 400 edited photographs, but I usually deliver between 500-1000 digitally edited photographs. For smaller weddings, I usually estimate the minimum to be 200 or 300. My goal is not to under deliver or to give you the bare minimum. I want to go above & beyond for you to really feel like you have an awesome collection of photos from your big day.

SESSIONS: For one hour sessions, I estimate a minimum of 55-65 digitally edited photographs, but usually deliver a bit over, that closer to 70-150 digitally edited photographs.

I totally get you! We have all been there! Even us photographers get camera shy (I’ve got both hands raised over here!). I just tell couples, come into the session knowing yes it may feel a little awkward at first, but I offer prompts and direct you through poses, and by the end, we are hopefully just laughing at all the random things I am having you guys do & just having a great time together! But I also want you to know, if there is ever a moment you don’t feel comfortable or are feeling too nervous/overwhelmed, I am more than willing to adjust and make sure that your needs are met, and that the priority is capturing images in a way that will keep you feeling the most at ease.

BRING YOUR VISION! Before the session/wedding/etc, I want to know what you envision when thinking about having your photos taken. Feel free to share a Pinterest board you’ve created or a certain wedding/engagement photo you have been dreaming of having! I have poses and prompts that I go through, but my goal is to incorporate your vision as well, just be sure to share that with me!

First off, YAYAYAY!!! I am so pumped & can’t wait to be a part of this journey with you! The steps are to inquire so I can let you know my availability, I will send over a pricing guide, and then I’ll send over a contract and deposit request! After that, I will send you my wedding guide that I send out to all my wedding couples, and then from there we will stay in contact throughout the whole process! My goal is to help you as best as I can and to be someone you can ask questions for vender referrals, timeline, etc! If you ever want to chat on the phone at any point in the process, we can definitely do that!
